Cache more #104

The official github app for example caches the repositories I watch or star and the timeline, which results in a faster startup.

+1 . Every time i go to my profile in the app, the app reloads all the data without displaying the previous data. This leads to a frustrating moment where i am kept waiting.

This is still an issue.

At least all data you already looked at should be cashed.

I suggest: show the last result, while octoDroid loads the actual changes in the background with a small icon in the corner
