Does this need to be updated since the muxes were added?

Hey Mike, yes this will need to be updated for the latest version of the board. I am shelving the mux idea for now and focussing on the one we have working and are currently testing. I did some clean up so it meets all the Osh Park DRC, except in places where I explicitly need otherwise.
