Solar Version #7

Create a solar version without 3.3 / 5v regs. Need to added a transistor to power up / down the radiometrix module and a buckboost to supply the 5v. Need to add a solar charger for lipo and see if the trackuino software will run at 4 or 8 mhz.

By replacing the existing 5v regulator this could work with the existing design.
