PDF Export Busted #55

Reveal.JS recently had to make a fix to PDF exporting, an important and expected feature for conference presenters.

This generator, having a c+p index.html file, also needs that fix, but with a slight tweak since it's referencing the pdf.css file from the bower components.

I've found a fix courtesy of @kbremner here

Will submit a PR shortly

My mistake, looks like you all have already gotten the fix in, I just had an older version of the generator installed from NPM. Looks like I started working on my presentation just as this issue surfaced, but before it was fixed lol.
