WBC is unsuable on Linux #365

WBC is unusable on my machine, it gets momentarily frozen during normal 
operations. Since my machine is the only Linux machine, all known Linux 
copies don't run well.

Going to have to do an decremental revert in revisions until I find what 
version actually introduced this freezing.

Tested the whole brain catalog in my Thinkpad T400 running Mandriva Linux and 
it runs 
fine. No freezing at all.

Other users confirmed 0.7.0.0 works on Ubuntu and OpenSUSE.  Closing now.
