can't use wbc with integrated intel video cards #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.launch wbc on an integrated intel video card
2. Wbc stalls on 'loading user interface
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
wbc should shut down, leaving a dialog box saying that the video ard is not 
supported

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.0.0 on intel gma 950 video card on max OSX 10.5
