Invisible Brain Region when it shouldn't be #393

What steps will reproduce the problem?
As reported by Leon French.

From startup:
-click on checkbox for Dentate Gyrus
It removes the green dentate gyrus area
-click on Olfactory areas (a few regions above)
Draws all those olfactory areas and highlights them
-click on checkbox for Dentate Gyrus
Checkbox is checked but the Dentate Gyrus does not show (yellow box is 
visible)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
