Problem when deleting tangible ids from a layer #407

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete tangible id tangibles/brainregions/CH from layer layers/gwv9h
(e.g. DELETE http://<server>/tangibles/brainregions/CH/layers/gwv9h)
2.Open the client on the <server> where the deletion occurred.

What is the expected output? The client should come up.

What do you see instead? The client locks up while Loading User Interface,
and the Java console shows a runtime exception "Cannot find brain region
for Brain" and "Cannot find brain region for CH".

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
