Can't turn individual brain regions on #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Check "Brain" node under "Brain Regions" -- all regions load
2.Check "Brain" node again -- all regions unload
3.Check "Superior colliculus sensory" (see attached image)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the brain region individually load.  Instead it is not visible.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Observed on release 0.7.0.6 out on "latest build" link.
