Still too much flickering in 3D panel when cells are loading #427

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on all cells
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
3D panel flickers a lot while cells are loading.  There's no amount of 
flickering that's acceptable for this.. it just looks unprofessional.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
