Make all animation files from gage work with current animation process

The current animation files on the wiki, the ones from gage lab, are 
currently just text files. The latest animation code expects an xml file with 
the format we agreed in one of the last meetings. 

For the time being, I was thinking of taking those down and just leaving the 
simulation files for the Gran Cell Layer. 

Let me know if this is a bad choice or if it is critical to make the old 
animation files work with our current code.
