Dev version download manager freezing WBC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load latest dev version
2.Click on all cells via the checkbox
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

<slars0n> can you try starting the dev client off the website?  then try 
turning on all the cells via the root cells checkbox?
<slars0n> i had some trouble this morning; it seemed like it was doing an 
endless loop

<jrmartin> yes, it seems that the progress bar is broken
<jrmartin> it looks like it is finish downloading, but is still downloading 
more stuff or doing an extra operation
<slars0n> can you use the wbc while that is happening?
<jrmartin> yes, but i get errors too
<jrmartin> i think the minimap code was changed, and is throwing an error 
for that
<jrmartin> and i can't zoom in to cells by double clicking on their node 
from the jtree
<slars0n> yeah so it is stuck, huh?
<jrmartin> yeah it is
<jrmartin> i think we should revert the progress bar to the old version 
<jrmartin> this version still seems to be unfinished
<slars0n> ok thanks for checking.. will file a bug
