Not opening program #492

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The program doesn't open, it reports "Error Loading Scene"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the latest version, on Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

  Thanks for making this report.  If you can, can you go to your hard drive at 
C:\Users\[your user name] and look for a file called "wbc.log".  If you could 
attach 
that to this issue, we'd have a much better shot at figuring out what went 
wrong.
