Compile native libraries for all platforms #497

Need to compile native libraries for all platforms,

32 Win
32 Linux
Mac
64 Linux
64 Windows

I am able to compile Linux32 and Win32 on Rajs machine

The way natives are distributed is to combine them into the same jar, (32+64) 
so we are not yet ready or even able to release a new compiled version

We compiled mac library on one of macbook pro 10.6 machine, right?

Yes, compiled, but there is a bug which I will be filing shortly once I can 
reproduce the error. (So it obviously needs to be compiled again)
