Submitting simulations using wbc -0.7.7.8 #517

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit simulation
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cells need to be visible inmediately after importing to scene, at this point 
they aren't.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Thanks for filing this.  How long do they take to be made visible?  Does it 
require a restart or something?

If you restart WBC after submitting the simulation the client won't load, this 
is only for 7.7.8. It loads all the necessary content for brain regions and 
simulation files, but then it gets stuck  and never loads the content for the 
data tree.

Changes were committed for this issue. Performed one test and it was 
successful.
