Electrode "pointer" tool #80

Users will need to be able to point to things in the brain, and have that 
pointer be visible from outside the brain model.  So let's use a 
translucent cone that kind of looks like an electrode, and allow users to 
position it to point to something of interest.  They should be able to make 
both fine and gross manipulations of it.
