Added BATS unit testing framework and made minor changes to CHM_test.sh #4

This pull request contains a new test folder and within has a unit test script written for BATS to test CHM_test.sh In addition, there is a few minor changes to CHM_test.sh.
The last change was to runCHMviaPanfish.sh where I fixed a typo in the usage notes.
