[cosmeticts / trademark-conformity] Project rename part 2 #111

Closed un1versal closed 9 years ago

Decided to do this as a PR for two reasons.

1) All developers or people involved with XWMM/WiMM can see what changes are being made and what's still missing (code) 2) To also show @slash2009 how the project should be renamed and also the project description see note

For 2) see https://github.com/uNiversaI/WiMM please note its not XWMM but WiMM and most importantly The project description must be changed to _Web interface Media Manager (_WiMM) for Kodi

There are loads of XBMC named files/functions and XWMM hard-coded stuffs, Im not doing any of those because really dont want to break anything.

@fyfe @nwtn @slash2009 @criticalfiction

Will mark this as approved and if no one has anything to say will merge in a few days.

All other changes in 2) require @slash2009 since we have no access to do those.

One suggestion, capital I... Web Interface Media Manager (WIMM) for Kodi

Also the copyright message should probably include "for Kodi" This file is part of Web Interface Media Manager (WIMM) for Kodi.

I agree that renaming files/functions/objects isn't necessary at the moment.

I like the small "i" reminds me of the people who make this project possible.and the logo looks the part with this (the new logo is all lowercaps). but yes I'll add those others.for kodi where they belong.

Thank you for suggestion, now we need @slash2009 for changing the name of repo and the project description so we can be done with this part.

Nice to see you around Andrew be well. :)

I added "for Kodi" in the copyright files

changed WiMM to WIMM but note that [personally dislike all capitals think its taking it too far.

In any case do please note the logo is now finalized and never used all capitals in fact it looks great all lowercase. Even though the only feedback from anyone related to project was @slash2009 who didnt quite like the font. in the end we all compromise to something we dont quite like.

I care only about the forward progress of this project and anything else truly unimportant.

merging this now if no objections.
