Remove the file section #65

It's broken beyond repair and the new XBMC API doesn't provide support for anything that would make this section useful.

Removing it also closes #43.

I will merge this as soon as corresponding XWMM version bumps and changelogs are added. I cant keep track of all these changes and they are somewhat important to keep a list of.

when you do a final version please update the addon.xml and the myvars string with the version.
