Remove the actor section #66

It's broken beyond repair and the new XBMC API doesn't provide support for anything that would make this section useful.

Thx, Will also needs a corrsponding changelog entry after so many fixes its not worth making a handfull version bumps but the changelog entries to fix/version should be added like

4.1.2 <- or whtever version you want to bump to.

Fix issue #57 blabah bla Fix issue #58 blabla bla. etc etc.

k dont forget the version on addon.xml and myvars string as well when your done with these s all can be done in one go.

ya I merged 65 so now each time including this one you must rebase before I can merge again.
