Nov 2013 - Gmail has updated, Minimalist barely works now #335

Over the past few weeks I have noticed my Gmail inbox getting less and less 
minimalist as Google has introduced some new features and layouts. I presume 
this is due to the code for these not exactly matching whatever it is in 
minimalist that hides these automatically. It is now at the point where 
minimalist is doing very little to declutter Gmail's inbox - would you be able 
to have a look at the code again and perhaps issue another update?
