No unique_id for Presence Simulation switch #87

The 'Presence Simulation' switch ('switch.presence_simulation') does not have a unique ID. Therefore I cannot rename it from the UI. My use case is to rename to German, and add a nice icon.

I think it should be a fairly easy addition in switch.py, but I am not familiar with testing this locally. Therefore I'd really appreciate your support 😊

BTW In general I love this integration, it is really a great addition to HA. Keep up the good work!
