Move Loconet tx, rx and flank detection to PB00-PB03 #19

When we move the pins for tx, rx and flank detection to PB00 - PB03 (we only need three pins), we have all core pin usage on the top of the chip, so the other three sides are entirely usable for other usage. This would use sercom 5 instead of sercom 0.

That would be much better I think. Would make the layout of the development board easier as well....
