Helium 3 About #5

When creating issues, please note the build, date and version of Helium 3 - available from its about box dialog; several fields are actually buttons to cycle thru information; hh, and the o/s version.

Please note at this time we are still addressing High Sierra (10.13.3) issues re: window sizing and magnification.
