Support for non-touchscreen cars #61

The Audi MMI interface doesn't have touchscreen, and instead has a touchpad/rotary combo. I'm speculating that it's implements something like SOURCE_TOUCHPAD, SOURCE_ROTARY_ENCODER, SOURCE_DPAD, and/or SOURCE_CLASS_BUTTON. It would be awesome if there was a cursor overlayed that we could move around with the touchpad and then click with either the button (downpressing the touchpad itself) or with gestures.
