complete spherical puzzle file #1

hello, I've been trying to create a spherical puzzle with tiles suitable for 3d printing (in tolerance) for a while but I can't, you could publish the spherical puzzle file complete with all the tiles?

I created this puzzle from an incomplete one, but I can definitely complete it by copying the bottom tiles to the top and making them fit.

However, I don't think this is the best design for a puzzle, because the pieces at the "poles" are small and the pieces around the "equator" are big. If you are really keen to create a proper 3D globe puzzle, I'd like to make you a nicer one.

Have you seen the pieces at https://github.com/slashme/PuzzleGlobes/blob/master/PuzzleGlobes.stl ? Would you like to try printing them to see whether they fit together? I tried once, but the 3D printer I was using wasn't able to keep the pieces from sagging.
