Create symmetrical arch diagrams #102

Anish M. Nagpal has requested an option to force the arch diagram tool to create diagrams where each arch has an even number of spots, so that it is easy to see where the halfway point is. In the case of a diagram with an odd number of spots, the options would be:

  1. Leave an empty spot at one end of the last row
  2. Let the innermost or outermost row have an odd number of spots.

I can add that to my revamp backend without too much trouble (I'm leaving the front-end to someone who know how it works).
