Improve parameters management for treat_inputlist #129

Simplifies the management of the json dict and the adding of new options. Avoiding the manual lookup inside the input_list dict can sometimes be time-saving, and this clarifies things.

Actually the *, keyword-only mark doesn't work on toolforge because they still run Python 3.8, instead of 3.9.
