The diagram import doesn't import border size #150

If the colors of the various parties are imported, the border color and size should be imported too. The number of members of each party wouldn't hurt either.

That would be much harder to do, and would require downloading (or querying) the full file, since the file Commons legend (which we do query) does not include that information.
