Having now published the MVP content on the homepage, I've realized that the title language isn't as engaging.
Currently, for the various content items we just have the titles of the the activitiy "Code For the Caribbean", "Developing the Caribbean", or in the case of blog posts "Mapping the State of Caribbean Open Data", "A Caribbean Open Data public service".
As currently framed, they don't really give insight to what the content item is or invite the reader to click through.

Other sites that have similar designs but do a better job of making their content engaging are Frogg (http://www.frogdesign.com/) and Reboot (http://reboot.org/).
We should review our own titles and also create a reference style guidelines to inform future content titles.
