Currently the current beta.slashroots.org implementation is missing the titles and semi-transparent black overlay on the News and Event items.

The title and overlay is visible on the current static site and shows the event/news title and the label indicating the type of information update.

@tremainebuchanan has said that the titles were not included in the last version of @davidsoutar's commit to the site.
