Percentage Uncertainty #59

The platform should indicate the uncertainty as a result of the calculations. These uncertainties are based on the observed uncertainties at the point of data collections for the specific activity. These are usually expressed as percentages by the user at import.

Please see above suggestion for displaying this information to the user. This should also be stored similar to the calculation values.

@paradoxxjm Uncertainties are now displayed in the Calculations section; this issue can be closed (I can't close it).

@gilgad Please confirm with @matjames007 : the Uncertainties displayed in Calculations section are themselves calculated, correct? Currently the Uncertainties in Calculations have the same values as those in Data. Is this just coincidence, or are the Uncertainties displayed in Calculations copied from those in Data?
