Modifying a Notation Key didn't change "User Modified" #77

The Notation Keys table doesn't show Date Last Modified; it also didn't update the User Modified after the one of the keys was modified (in this case TS).

Notation key table still doesn't show Date Last Modified; unable to test updating of User Modified (forgot password for personal account, no reset functionality).
