Searching by Last Modified doesn't work as expected #78

It's not clear how searching by Last Modified works—entering a date according to how the dates in the column are displayed yields inconsistent results, at least in the Categories tab.

Last Modified search works as expected in the Local Category section, but not in the IPCC Category section @gilgad
