"Saved" notes and notation key didn't persist beyond navigating away from page #82

After modifying notes and notation keys for a couple rows of data via the Notes panel on the Data page, clicking Save to Database doesn't seem to keep the data beyond navigating away from the page, even though there's visual indication the changes have been saved (the records and the Save and Discard buttons are no longer highlighted).

[ ] Modified Notes, Notation keys and Regions do not persist after clicking Save to Database and navigating away from the page.
[ ] When selecting "St. Andrew" in the Regions drop down, the selection switches to "Jamaica" when Save to Database is clicked.
