Control access rights on database versions

As a(n) Inventory Manager; System Administrator I want to (be/be able to) control access rights on database versions so that user can control access rights for users to make database read-only or accessible for update by the team

Acceptance Criteria

• Can assign users access to specific inventory versions
• Users can only access inventory versions to which they have been given access
• Should be able to assign Inventory Managers exceptional edit access rights, and all other users read-only access

The defined high-level task flow that was completed for this task was deemed inappropriate by Justin. A high level of flexibility in the definition and assignment of user roles is required to reflect the way users will be expected to work. The task flow and business logic will need to be redone before UI and development tasks can begin.
