As a(n) Inventory Manager & Sector Expert and System Administrator
I want to (be/be able to) view and edit current and past inventory datapoints including those flagged for checking.
So that I can ensure inputs in the database are correct and respond to flags for checking.
Acceptance Criteria
Can view and edit only the datapoints for the sectors user has view access to
Is not provided with options to edit data to which user does not have edit access
Can view and edit overwritten data points and see highlighted differences
Can view, edit and filter flagged datapoints, comments and review history
Can view, edit assumptions/justifications associated with datapoints/data series/categories
Can edit assignment/mapping to output nomenclatures (e.g. IPCC)
Time, date (other data to be defined) of edit is logged
