[x] Create Heroku instances for staging and production
[x] Transfer Heroku instances to SlashRoots account
[x] Configure Travis to deploy the appropriate Github repository branch to the related Heroku instances
[x] Push first code commit to test deployment workflow

@nickajwill I recall you at proposed moving to an alternative platform. Can you update this story and let's try to close it on this sprint as well.
