Hotkeys for camp dialog #57

Camping is:

  1. select camp
  2. select yes
  3. select rest or pickup
  4. select time
  5. press ok/cancel

I would like to be able to do C - Y - R - 8 - O

So I would like to be able to use hotkeys everywhere here.
