Add K8s version to cluster profile screen

Adding @sthapa's comment from Slack:

"I have [this] PR for displaying the K8s version in the portal. It's on the cluster profile page. Due to technical reasons, we can't display it on the cluster list page (i.e. we don't query that info when listing clusters and I don't want to add a kubectl call for each reachable cluster on that page) ."
