remove generated schema files. #144

We have committed the generated *.rng files for schema validation, even though they are easily generatable. They should probably go away.

@kohlhase While we are at updating the schema process, we should also see about fixing all the warnings like Relax-NG parser error : xmlRelaxNG: include /root/latexml/lib/LaTeXML/resources/RelaxNG/LaTeXML.rng has a define Inline.class but not the included grammar. I don't know 'rng's enough to fix those.

I will have a look. could you tell me what part of the sytstem throws this error?

Just running the tests does, e.g. https://travis-ci.org/slatex/LaTeXML-Plugin-sTeX/jobs/626027943#L1218. It's somewhere during schema validation.
