search panel content does not survive collapse #11

currently the stex search panel does not keep its contents after one collapses and expands it. both the search query as well as the search content should be preserved in a state.

True. The whole search panel is currently a proof-of-concept, implementing the core functionality with some ugly hacky UI so we can show it to people. It also just looks plain ugly. It should be overhauled completely and "done right".
