better visualization for available definitions overview #169

When we click on a blue term, then we get an overview over the available definitions. In some situations, this looks terrible.

We need something better.

some of the problems (crowdedness) may also be content problems.

To get things working quickly, the HTML for that is entirely generated in MMT. We can now redesign this to leave the design to the frontend instead (as Abhishek suggested from the beginning, but I was in a hurry back then :D )
