It would be nice (purely aesthetically) to have a bit of space between slides.

@Jazzpirate how do you want to handle this request? I am sure you wouldn't like me hacking the html returned from MMT. Can this be done by adding some padding/margin in the CSS you maintain in the stex-react repo?

This is entirely a latex/rustex/stex issue. If latex introduces a space (in the pdf) that does not occur in the HTML, that is a rustex problem. If latex does not introduce a space, then sTeX should add one around slides (both in pdf and, as a consequence, in the HTML).
