regularize repos vs mhrepos attributes #251

sometimes we use repos and sometimes mhrepos in the MH packages. We should standardize on the first. Similarly, there is confusing placement of the mh (first or in the middle) in the macros. That is also confusing.

Maybe keep the old one around with a deprecation warning.
