Florian has started the (good) practice of using \testsmallspace in (exam) problems to allow students to write (one-line) answers inline. problem.sty should support this (rather than defining the macro in exam.tex). We need the functionality in problem.sty since the (modularized) problem files only load problem.sty. To do that we have to
add a new option test to problem.sty in analogy to hwexam.cls. It should just set \iftest (or so).
let hwexam.cls and hwexam.sty pass the test option to problem.sty
