have an sTeX3 macro that in the pdf references the html #331

Just like I reference the video nuggets in the AI notes, I would like to have a way to say something like

For an interactive version of this \currentsectionlevel, see 
\url{<the VoLL-KI URI of the current file as part of the current document>}. 

But of course only in the PDF (or non-xhtml targets).

Concretely I would like to trigger this with something like \referenceADURL

Not entirely sure what this would entail. There's \ifstexhtml, but the URL itself will necessarily depend on the archive, file and where the html is ultimately hosted, so the mechanism for this can't exist on the level of the sTeX package.

One could do a convenience macro on the level of e.g. MiKoMH/meta-inf?

What's currently completely missing is of course the "the current file as part of the current document" thing, and as that would go beyond even the individual html file, it would have to be done by the MMT backend...
