Running splash reco workflow for event display and maybe DQM. Target timing of ~1 min or less. somewhat one-time setup, no intention for long-term maintenance.

this worked out of the box for regular reco

in 73X needed to modify the heptoptagger https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/8330
