To live up to the spirits of ISO 8601 a syntactical-descriptive colons shall be used to separate the numbers indicating hours, minutes, and seconds in such abbreviated measures of time.

British English uses a point for this purpose but that is not important right now.

The reason I didn't do this is the true devops style: pretty formatting. That said, I'll accept a PR if you throw this one-liner in!
