RFE: cvv8 Call() proxies which forward native args to a v8::Function #28

The subject line says it all. At the moment we only have templates for 
forwarding from JS to C++, but not the other way around. So far i've never 
needed this ability, but maybe if it's added i'll actually find a use for it.

cvv8 has this since a couple of weeks now (class=CallForwarder).
